The 3MTT Innovation Challenge invites fellows in Cohort 1 to apply their technical skills to solve societal challenges in Nigeria. You can choose to apply as an individual or as a team, you stand a chance to win a grand prize of 1 Million Naira and more.
How to participate:
1. Explore current social issues in Nigeria.
2. Engage with local communities or use surveys to understand their challenges.
3. Choose issues that align with your technical skills and potential impact.
4. Clearly define the problem, who it affects, and why it is important
5. Create a 3-5 minute pitch video and submit your application
6. You can apply as an individual or as a team (maximum of 5 people)
Winning Prize:
6 winners will each receive N1M in prize money, 1 one-week pre-incubation boot camp in Lagos, the opportunity for equity funding, a demo day showcase to investors, LinkedIn and Azure scholarships and internet routers with 500GB data.

The @3MTTNigeria programme is not all about training talent but giving our learners the knowledge and opportunity to contribute to solving critical challenges in society.
This Innovation Challenge funded by @Cc HUB, is targeted at 3mtt Cohort 1 Fellows so they can apply the skills they have learnt in the #3MTT programme to innovate solutions to real-world issues.
