Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Kola, Alagbado, Lagos

Description
- As a Personal Assistant at Graceco Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in our office located in Kola Alagbado, Lagos. This is a full-time position offering great career prospects.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages
- Assisting with daily time management
- Running errands as needed
- Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
- Planning travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
- Coordinating events and speaking engagements
- Taking accurate and comprehensive meeting notes
Requirements
- To be eligible for this position, you should have a B.Sc in English Language, Secretarial Studies, or Business Administration, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
- Applicants must reside within Abule Egba, Toll-Gate, Alagbado, and nearby areas
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
