Job Description
- The U.S. Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the FAC Supervisory Administrative Assistant position in the Facility Management office.
Duties
- The incumbent is the Facility Management Assistant and reports to the Senior Facility Manager.
- The incumbent oversees the day-to-day management, administration, and program coordination functions in support of Facilities employees in their various activities within the Facility Management (FAC) Section.
- The job holder manages, oversees the maintenance of, and controls access to all administrative files and correspondence for the FAC Office.
Requirements
Education:
- Two (2) years of university / college studies is required.
Experience:
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative management experience within an office environment that provides a customer related service and two (2) years of direct supervisory experience are required.
Salary
USD 19,560 annually
