Job Title: Head, System Server Administrator
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Server Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Maintenance.
- Hyper Converged Infrastructure Management (especially on Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure)
- Microsoft Office365 Administration.
- Active Directory (Hybrid) & Group Policy Management.
- Identity and Access Management.
- Patch Monitoring, Rollout and Management.
- Vulnerabilities Remediation, and Systems Security
- Enterprise Backup Management.
- User Profiling Setup and Management
- SharePoint and on-premises File Server Right and Access Administration
- Email Support
- Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure
- Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance
- Working knowledge of Domain Name service
- Working knowledge on Virtualization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
- Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)),Vmware, Nutanix certifications is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product and technical standpoint.
