Job Title: CFRM Officer
Location: Kurfi LGA, Katsina

Job Overview
- DANUWA is dedicated to improving access to preventive, risk mitigation, and response services for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in Katsina State.
- We are seeking a dedicated CFRM Officer to manage the complaint and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that beneficiaries and staff can report issues safely and confidentially.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust complaint, feedback and response system.
- Ensure all complaints are logged, addressed, and resolved promptly.
- Conduct regular community consultations to gather feedback.
- Train staff and community members on feedback mechanisms.
- Prepare reports on feedback trends and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
