We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CFRM Officer

Location: Kurfi LGA, Katsina
Employment Type: Contract

Job Overview

• DANUWA is dedicated to improving access to preventive, risk mitigation, and response services for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in Katsina State.
• We are seeking a dedicated CFRM Officer to manage the complaint and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that beneficiaries and staff can report issues safely and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust complaint, feedback and response system.
• Ensure all complaints are logged, addressed, and resolved promptly.
• Conduct regular community consultations to gather feedback.
• Train staff and community members on feedback mechanisms.
• Prepare reports on feedback trends and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
