Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service and that our team members are supported in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on service procedures and customer interactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Assist in managing inventory, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, share feedback, and address any concerns.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing decisions to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends is preferred.
