Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service and that our team members are supported in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
  • Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on service procedures and customer interactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, share feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing decisions to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends is preferred.
