We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, AC installations and repairs, etc.)
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Maintain heating, cooling and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary.
- Carry out machines repairs and maintenance when required.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proficient in understanding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Capable of diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment issues.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
