Job Description
- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers to promote our range of wires and cables.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Reach out to previous clients from our customer base to encourage return sales.
- Collaborate with the digital marketer to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assist in the processing of orders, receipts , invoices and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be considered a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Must be based in Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria, with knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
Salary
N60,000 – N65,000 / month.
