Job Brief

• We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the technical skills to bring their ideas to life.
• As a UI/UX Designer at Uridium Technologies, you will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, or React.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
