Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and skilled Waiter to join our team at Davina Hill Resort & Hotel.
• As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in our restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure accurate delivery
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to guests
• Manage tables efficiently and ensure timely service
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Develop a strong knowledge of our menu, drinks, and ingredients

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
