Job Title: Assistant Group Housing Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Attend daily line-ups promptly.
  • Open door and greet guests as they arrive in the lobby, as assigned.
  • Assist in managing group housing reservations, bookings, and assignments
  • Coordinate with housing vendors and vendors to ensure adequate accommodations
  • Process housing requests, changes, and cancellations
  • Communicate with group leaders, participants, and stakeholders regarding housing details
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on group housing arrangements
  • Assist in resolving housing-related issues and concerns
  • Support the Group Housing Coordinator in ensuring successful housing operations
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating group housing logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless housing services
  • Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions related to group housing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to group leaders and participants
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and assessing housing facilities
  • Support in developing and implementing housing policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirement

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
