Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary 

  • CRO is responsible for managing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth and revenue, will be responsible for generating business leads, building and maintaining customers relationships and driving sales growth of the company.

Responsibilities
Key job roles and responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Foster trust, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions.
  • Solution Provision: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting clients’ needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular client performance reports and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Strong industry connections and network
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
