Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and competitive market practices.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay structure adjustments.
- Partner with HR and management teams to provide guidance on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
