Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a particular focus on HR software solutions.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HRIS technology, and a passion for helping businesses improve their HR processes.

Responsibilities 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our HRIS software.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ HR needs and challenges to provide tailored HRIS solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
