Job Description
- As an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in managing our human resources operations, with a strong focus on performance management.
- You will work closely with team leaders and employees to develop and implement effective performance management strategies that align with our company’s goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and performance enhancement.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage employee relations and handle performance-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 – 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance management.
- Deep understanding of performance management systems and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
