Job Title: Independent Investment Associate

Role Overview

  • As an Independent Investment Associate, you will work closely with our team to identify, analyze, and manage sustainable investment opportunities.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, possess strong analytical skills, and have a track record of success in the investment sector.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, sectors, and potential sustainable investment opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to evaluate the viability and profitability of investments.

Preparation of Investment Materials:

  • Prepare compelling investment teasers, pitch decks, and investor presentations focused on sustainable ventures.
  • Create comprehensive investment reports and memos to support decision-making processes.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:

  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial statement analysis, market assessments, and sustainability evaluations.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations based on your findings.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to communicate sustainable investment strategies and opportunities.
  • Present analysis and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring:

  • Support the ongoing management and monitoring of sustainable investment portfolios.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on portfolio performance, sustainability metrics, and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and sustainability considerations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, MBA) are a plus.
  • A commitment to sustainability and a passion for driving positive impact through investments.
