We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Profit Centre Head, Power Products
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Job Description

  • Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our power products.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the power industry.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the power market, strong relationships with key industry players, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience appointing new channel partners and have good knowledge of the Alaba, Aren Channel market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their ongoing success.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or post-graduate certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the power industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of power products and the power market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
