Job Title: Senior Digital Content Producer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.
- Take briefs from teams and execute accurate and engaging productions
- Ensure all teams are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.
- Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.
- Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
- Prepare accurate status reports.
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Direct a team of developers, designers, and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the company’s vision.
- Provide cost estimates and quotations and monitor budgets.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and meets company’s requirements
- Plan, produce and create a program of digital content to be used across all our digital channels for effective publication
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Create graphics and edit photos in a close working relationship with the internal design team
- Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, given feedback to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities
- Contribute to the execution of the our editorial or content calendar to ensure timely publication
- Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
- Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
- Drive value for the organization.
- Analyse and report on digital campaigns.
- Analyse customer and user data.
- Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
- Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.

Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
- Minimum five years experience working in marketing/content at a digital, creative, or advertising agency at a brand, or in a digital journalism or editorial role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
- Thorough understanding of digital touch points.
- Examples of web production work they’re especially proud of Razor-sharp editing skills and a passion for storytelling
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions and clarity amid ambiguity
- The drive to see projects through from concept to execution and analysis
- A deep understanding of the marketing, media, and digital advertising landscape; previous B2B experience a major plus.
- A preference for a fast-paced and dynamic environment; track record working across complex cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Light design skills are a plus.
- A proficiency working within Content Management Systems is a must Outstanding communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; team-first mentality
- Passion for Digital content creation and knowledge of how to market these content
- Researching and organizing facts and sources
- Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content
- Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
