Job Details

  • Organize, or participate in the organization of the audit
  • Carry out a review of documentation
  • Prepare the audit plan
  • Carry out audit by:
  • Lead the opening meeting
  • Carry out individual interviews as identified with the client
  • Prepare the conclusions for the report
  • Lead the closing meeting at the end of the audit
  • Assess client compliance to issue or maintain certification
  • Ensure timely production of good quality reports (including expense claims)

Accountabilities

  • Follow-up of actions to be done after the audit:
  • Agree the non-conformities with the client
  • Review the corrective actions proposed by the client
  • Accept and sign off the corrective actions
  • Submit the paperwork to the relevant local office
  • Issue audit report and time-expenses report timely
  • Ensures the follow-up of certification
  • Follow-up audits in accordance with the terms of the contract
  • Contribute to the sharing of knowledge
  • Remain abreast of changes in the relevant areas, as well as developments in norms and regulations
  • Maintain and share knowledge and skills Contribute to developing business providing leads.

Experience & Skills

  • Have a varied breadth of industry sector experience in food manufacturing, Chemical manufacturing, Power, and Utilities, Automotive, Information Technology, Mining, Construction, Industry, and Oil and Gas sectors.
  • Experience of carrying out either third-party or second-party audits.
  • Have held positions with responsibility of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management systems and INFORMATION SECURITY.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of management system standards, compliance and auditing techniques.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Available time for training and qualification purposes

Preferred Qualifications Required:

  • Proven knowledge of any of the following schemes ISO 9K, ISO 14K, ISO 45K, ISO 27K and ISO 50K.An advantage if already qualified to Lead Auditor Status in Qualified to Lead Auditor Status in ISO 9K, ISO 14K, ISO 45K, ISO 27K and ISO 50K
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
