We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ogidi, Anambra

Job Overview

  • We require the services of a dynamic and results-driven Receptionist to contribute to the company’s growth. If you’re passionate for managing clients and ensuring their satisfaction, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.
  • Candidates will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage reception area, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to voicemails, and handle email inquiries.
  • Monitor and control access to the building, issuing visitor access as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights, and hotels.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.

Communication and Customer Service:

  • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies, order materials, and manage inventory.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Provide support to colleagues with administrative tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Response time to phone calls and emails.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks.
  • Maintenance of organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Team support and collaboration.

Requirements

  • National Diploma, HND, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management and phone handling proficiency.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of office management software and systems.
