Job Description
- As a Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies to meet business goals.
- You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target markets, drive customer acquisition, and expand the company’s presence in the cybersecurity space.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to execute effective sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Lead sales initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement, to increase market penetration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to create sales campaigns that align with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
