Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan-Oyo, Benin-Edo, Owerri-Imo, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Awka-Anambra, Ilorin-Kwara, Kano, Kaduna, Jos-Plateau

Job Details

  • The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for selling company products, business and market development.
  • Successful candidate’s key duty is to achieve the required coverage- geographical and customers and retail shelve-presence while actively push the company products/SKU through the channel.

Requirements

  • B.Pharm or HND / B.Sc (Life Sciences)
  • 2 or more years of pharma sales experience and record of positive performance and achievements
  • Strong intellectual analytical and communication skills
  • Problem-solver and self-motivate/self-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision
  • Ability to drive, with valid driving license.

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Lagos, Ibadan-Oyo, Aba / Port Harcourt-Rivers, Abuja, Kaduna

Job Details

  • Successful candidates will be expected to make significant contribution to the company’s plan to build impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion, demand- generation and awareness creation among all healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • B.Pharm / B.Sc (Biological or Human / Animal Health Sciences)
  • 2 or more years of medical representation experience with record of positive performance and achievements
  • Strong hospital and ethical demand- generation/hospital promotion experience
  • Strong intellectual analytical and communication skills
  • Problem-solver, result-oriented and intrapreneural and self-motivated self-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision

Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Details

  • The successful candidates have and own responsibility for sales, business development and demand generation of the assigned territory.
  • He / She will be responsible for supervision, coaching and development of all field force members in the assigned territory

Qualification

  • B.Pharm or B.Sc Life-science discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years area sales management experience with sound knowledge of the area of interest
  • Track record of success as a representative and field sales manager.
  • Mixed structured- multinational/indigenous environment experience isan advantage

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Associates (PSA)

Locations: Ibadan-Oyo, Lagos, Aba-Abia, Onitsha-Anambra and Kano

Job Details

  • These are independent sales people who will run the business at their self-direction and time-discretion.
  • They will be expected to sell to and develop, manage and grow our relationships with wholesalers, distributors, especially in the pharmaceutical distribution hubs/clusters.

Qualification and Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND / OND in the Biological / Human Sciences
  • Knowledge of and experience in the location of choice is required
  • Previous pharmaceutical selling experience, with existing contacts/networking the town/territory of interest is a pre-requisite. Age and background is no barrier no barrier.

Compensation

  • Attractive (salary, incentive / bonus) and with standard tools.
  • However, PSAs will be compensated through a generous commission and a limited support.

Job Title: Business and Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The incumbent shall be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing functions for the company.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives and see that they are achieved.

Requirements

  • B.Pharm / B.Sc or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
  • 1-2 years experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous- concerns work-environment.
  • Track-record of superior performance, across regions and segments
  • Regional/Area Sales Leaders with at least 4 years experience across multiple-regions and a track record of performance may be considered. Large indigenous company experience provides additional advantage
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of up to 15 or more
  • Ability to work without significant supervision and self-driven.
